How long does email migration take?
25-user migration: 5-7 working days end-to-end. 100-user migration: 2-3 weeks. Mailbox data migrates in background while users continue working. Final cutover is a planned 2-4 hour window per wave.
Will our data stay in India?
On Azure, we deploy to India Central (Pune) or India South (Chennai). M365 and Workspace default to regional data centres; data residency can be configured based on your compliance needs.

What happens if we want to leave?
