Built for Delhi NCR businesses that need IT to just work

OMNET IT Solutions was founded in 2016 out of a simple observation: SMBs and mid-market businesses across Delhi NCR were stuck choosing between expensive enterprise MSPs built for 1,000-seat companies and freelance break-fix technicians with no SLAs, no documentation, and no accountability. Neither fit.

We set out to build a CERT-In empanelled IT partner that delivers in writing — with defined SLAs, escalation matrices, structured L1/L2/L3 support, and transparent pricing — but stays approachable, responsive, and sized for growing businesses. Today we run IT for 500+ organisations across Nehru Place, Connaught Place, Aerocity, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad.
